Whole-package formula
Multiply each per-serving value by the servings per package. This is useful when one bottle or bag looks like a single item but the Nutrition Facts panel states two or more servings. Decimal serving counts are normal when the package estimate is not a whole number.
Example and limits
With two servings per package, 120 calories, 10g protein, 8g added sugar and 180mg sodium per serving become 240 calories, 20g protein, 16g added sugar and 360mg sodium for the package. Your actual intake still depends on how much you consume.
