Compare Two Nutrition Labels
Enter the values from two labels. The comparison keeps serving size, protein, sugar, sodium and price visible instead of forcing one overall winner.

How to compare labels fairly
Start by checking that both products are in the same state, such as dry with dry or prepared with prepared. The calculator then converts useful metrics to a shared basis. Protein is shown per 100 calories, fiber, added sugar and sodium per 100g, and protein value as cost per 25g of protein.
Example and limits
A result is not a universal health score. Choose the metric that matches the decision in front of you, then inspect the other rows for trade-offs. If two values are close, ingredients, taste, allergies, package size and current price may be better tie-breakers.
